Probably one of the first campsites you come across once over the bridge on to the Isle D’Oleron.  Located in the village of Le Grand-Village-Plage.  Quiet site with reasonable toilet block – however the showers are pretty primative.  The pitches are all located under or in the shade of large Pine trees with many being uneven due to sloping terrain or tree routes.  There is an Aire just outside the campsite gate with hard standing and service point.  The 2017 prices were €8 per night with €5 for use of service point.
