Large Independent site just some 400mtrs walk from lake Annecy.  Beware of crossing busy main road to get to beach, which isn’t signed and is not obvious which way to go – ask at reception.   There is an extensive water park with slides, various pools and very kid friendly. During summer there are free water activities during the day, including water aerobics, swimming lessons and kids creche.   Activities on site include bike hire, tennis, restaurant, take away (expensive) and bakery but no shop. Plots are reasonably large, some with super pitches. Prices vary according to needs but they do offer 7 nights for the price of 6. Toilets very clean and washed daily. All sites in the area are extremely busy during July and August but beware advance booking attracts a non refundable admin €30 fee

Lake walks, lake cruises.  There is a dedicated cycle track at rear of the site with access gate from the site, running into Annecy or south to end of lake. Winter skiing area, centre for para gliding, Old Annecy a must visit place.  There is an excellent fruit and veg stall some 300 mtrs outside the site entrance towards Annecy.   From €15
