| Drive through village of Homps following signs to Lac de Jouarres or Route du Lac. Road terminates at the sports resort by side of lake. There are several places to park in either of the car parks, however I suspect in summer these will be full so the “official camping car stationement” is off to the left approximately 200 mtrs where there is a custom service point (very crude) Sadly all amenities were closed in Feb. Dogs are supposed to be on a lead at all times

This is a great place if you love water sports with boat hire, para gliding, wind surfing etc. with walks around the lake, ice cream stalls and restaurants. There is even a yacht club and diving board. There is a small beach area. Would be very busy in high season but worth a stopover in early summer/late summer
