We visited this site during Jan 06 and again in Feb 07. Site now accepts dogs. Bread can be delivered each morning in winter when shop closed. LARGE discounts can be gained when staying more than 2 weeks in winter.  Would be very crowded in summer but quiet in winter months. Site has superpitches with water and waste connections – no extra charge during winter period. Good security with electric gate and own access code. Fellow MH’ers mentioned that weather in winter very predictable with much drier climate than other areas – high number of regular visitors been coming back for 10+ years
